COMMUNITY AND MARKETING CREATIVE
Role Overview
Shuri Education is looking for a Community and Marketing Creative to manage and grow the Shuri Education student community, create content for community members, and support marketing activities.
This is a creative and community-focused role. You will be the person community members hear from, learn from, and engage with on a daily basis. This is also a content creation role for the student community.
You will need to submit: your CV and your completed task (see the task brief below)

Key Responsibilities
- •Create video content, graphic content, and carousel content for the Shuri Education community
- •Engage directly with community members, responding to questions, providing guidance, keeping conversations active
- •Direct prospective students to the correct enquiry channels
- •Identify potential leads and log them in the CRM system
- •Monitor conversations and engagement trends within the community
- •Support marketing campaigns and initiatives
- •Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team member
- •Support marketing admin tasks as required
- •Maintain professionalism across all communications
Requirements
- •Strong written communication skills
- •Creative: You can produce video and graphic content independently
- •Active social media user with a genuine understanding of TikTok and Instagram
- •Organised and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- •Proactive and reliable, you follow through without being chased
- •Basic digital skills and a willingness to learn
- •Reliable internet connection and power supply
