1. About Us

Shuri Education Limited (“Shuri”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is an international education consultancy registered in Uganda and Nigeria providing support services to students seeking to study abroad.

2. Scope of Services

Shuri Education provides advisory and support services including but not limited to:

  • Student counselling and course matching
  • University and college application support
  • Visa guidance (non legal advisory)
  • Education loan support through third party partners
  • Accommodation assistance
  • Airport pickup coordination
  • Flight booking referrals
  • CAS interview preparation
  • Document review and application preparation

All services are provided based on information supplied by the student.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

By using our services you acknowledge that Shuri Education does not guarantee:

  • Admission to any institution
  • Visa approval
  • Education loan approval
  • Scholarships or funding
  • Accommodation availability
  • Immigration outcomes

All decisions are made solely by:

  • Universities and colleges
  • Embassies and immigration authorities
  • Financial institutions
  • Third party service providers

4. Education Loan Support Disclaimer

Shuri Education may connect eligible students with third party lenders.

By using this service you acknowledge that:

  • Shuri Education is not a lender
  • Shuri Education does not provide financial advice
  • Shuri Education does not influence loan decisions
  • Students apply directly to lenders
  • Loan agreements are between the student and lender

Shuri Education is not responsible for:

  • Loan approval or rejection
  • Interest rates or repayment terms
  • Financial agreements entered into by students

5. Third Party Services

Shuri Education may introduce students to third party providers including:

  • Universities and colleges
  • Education loan providers
  • Accommodation providers
  • Airport pickup services
  • Travel agencies

These services are provided by independent organisations.

Shuri Education is not responsible for:

  • Service delivery by third parties
  • Contracts entered into with third parties
  • Financial transactions between students and third parties
  • Changes in third party terms or pricing

6. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Submit genuine documentation
  • Respond to communication in a timely manner
  • Meet application deadlines
  • Review all documents before submission

Shuri Education is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by students.

7. Fraud, Misrepresentation and Document Integrity

Shuri Education operates a strict zero tolerance policy towards fraud and misrepresentation.

Fraud includes but is not limited to:

  • Submission of fake or altered documents
  • False academic qualifications
  • Misrepresentation of work experience
  • False financial evidence including bank statements
  • Incorrect visa history
  • Use of another person’s identity
  • False marital or dependent information

By using our services you agree that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and verifiable.

Shuri Education reserves the right to:

  • Verify documents with issuing institutions
  • Conduct background and reference checks
  • Request additional evidence
  • Pause applications during verification

If fraud is suspected or confirmed, Shuri Education may:

  • Immediately terminate services
  • Reject the application
  • Report the matter to universities or colleges
  • Report to visa and immigration authorities
  • Report to financial partners including loan providers
  • Blacklist the applicant from future services

Shuri Education will not proceed with any application involving fraudulent activity.

8. Communication Consent

By using our services you agree that Shuri Education may communicate with you via:

  • WhatsApp
  • Email
  • Phone calls
  • SMS

Calls and advisory sessions may be recorded for:

  • Training purposes
  • Quality assurance
  • Compliance and documentation

9. Data Sharing

You consent to Shuri Education sharing your information with:

  • Universities and colleges
  • Education loan partners
  • Accommodation providers
  • Visa application platforms
  • Other relevant service providers

Your data will only be shared where necessary to deliver services.

10. Free Service Model

Shuri Education services are generally provided free of charge to students. We may receive commission from partner institutions and service providers.

Any paid services will be clearly communicated in advance.

11. Limitation of Liability

Shuri Education shall not be liable for:

  • Visa refusals
  • Admission rejections
  • Loan refusals
  • Immigration delays
  • Policy changes by governments
  • Third party service failures
  • Financial losses incurred by students

Students accept that studying abroad involves risk and independent decision making.

12. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse the website
  • Submit false enquiries
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access
  • Copy content without permission
  • Impersonate another individual

13. Changes to Services

Shuri Education reserves the right to:

  • Modify services
  • Update requirements
  • Change partner institutions
  • Update policies

Without prior notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of:

  • Uganda and Nigeria
