It is set up for Airbnb-style living, meaning you can move in with just your suitcase and won't need to spend extra money on additional items.

The master bedroom has a bed size of 2m x 1.5m, and the second bedroom also has a bed size of 2m x 1.5m. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Commute: There is a bus stop downstairs that provides direct access to the University of Sydney (with the fastest route taking about 15 minutes, and buses running every 10 minutes). The train station and light rail station are also within walking distance, with the train station 550 meters away and the light rail station 500 meters away. Both trains and buses offer direct routes to the city center.
