Short-Term Rental:
Before January 20, there are discounted short-term rental prices. The deposit is two weeks' rent, including water, gas, and electricity. The entire apartment is $1200 per week, with three rooms available for rent at $480, $400, and $400 respectively.
Long-Term Rental:
Until January 20, 2025, the rent is at the current short-term rate. After that, the rent will return to the normal price of $1660 per week, with a lease term of up to one year. The deposit is four weeks' rent, including water, and free assistance for setting up gas, electricity, and internet is provided.

The hallways are equipped with a surveillance system, ensuring effective security. The access control system is comprehensive, with card access for both the apartment building entrance and the elevator, providing residents with enhanced safety.
Additionally, the apartment offers a full range of modern communal facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, and spa for free use, allowing residents to relax and exercise conveniently, enhancing their quality of life.

The layout of this apartment is square-shaped. Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious living room, which leads directly to the balcony from both the living room and each bedroom. The entire space has been modernly renovated, with an open-plan kitchen that enhances the flow and spaciousness of the area. The apartment is also equipped with an air conditioning system, providing a comfortable living environment for the whole family.
Interior Furnishings:
The rooms will be furnished with a double-size bed, paired with a medium-firm ergonomic mattress to ensure quality sleep. Each bed comes with a nightstand, bedside lamp, and spacious wardrobe to meet your daily living needs. The study area includes a large desk, height-adjustable swivel chair, professional study lamp, and practical bookshelf, creating a comfortable and focused study space to help you fully engage in your studies at home. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, coffee table, and dining table with chairs, providing a pleasant space for relaxation and entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and oven, catering to your culinary needs. Additionally, we provide a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
Cleanliness:
We promise that every tenant will receive professional cleaning upon move-out to ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the property. To enhance your living experience, we will provide new or cleaned mattress protectors to guarantee the cleanliness of your bedding.
