This is extremely important! Providing a three-week notice to the apartment, specifying the exact move-out date after the three-week period, will help avoid any miscommunication.

If students notify the apartment on the day they plan to move out, it may be difficult for the apartment to process the request immediately, which could result in the student being unable to successfully terminate the lease on the same day.
