There are 2 houses within walking distance of the UTSC (University of Toronto, Scarborough Campus) and Centennial College. Most Apts have Private bathroom; Apt 5 has Private kitchen and Private entrance; some Apts share kitchen and entrance. No more than 1 person per room.

Main House:

You can choose any one room on the second floor, other than the two master bedrooms.

Each room is well-lit, and the house is a 10-minute walk from the University of Toronto. It is the preferred student apartment for UTSC and Centennial College students. It is close to Highway 401, supermarkets, fitness centers, and bus stops. The facilities are complete, private washers and dryers, private kitchens with double-door refrigerators. The rent includes utilities (water, electricity, heating, and cooling - 24/7 all year round), unlimited high-speed internet, and some basic furniture. Parking is not included, $50/ea per month if required.

Request: If the lease starts on Sep-01, the requirement is 12 months. If it does not start on Sep-01, the lease end date should ideally be Aug-31 of the current or following year, so that all properties under our company's management can be scheduled for renewal during the same period. If there are special shorter-term lease required and tenant is willing to increase the rent appropriately, please ask.
