It is close to Highway 401, supermarkets, fitness centers, and bus stops. The facilities are complete, private washers and dryers, private kitchens with double-door refrigerators. The rent includes utilities (water, electricity, heating, and cooling - 24/7 all year round), unlimited high-speed internet, and some basic furniture. Parking is not included, $50/ea per month if required. 

Move in Date: Immediately

Request: A 12-month lease is required (If the lease does not start on Sep-01, it is required to end on Aug-31 of the same year or the following year. The purpose is to align all properties under the same renewal schedule for easier management.), but the lease term is also negotiable.
