The apartment management disclaims responsibility and advises that you or someone else view the apartment before making a reservation; otherwise, any consequences arising from this will be your own responsibility.

According to local rental laws, you must notify the apartment management at least 28 days before the end of the rental period (or according to the time limit set by apartment rules/contracts) regarding whether to terminate the lease and the exact moving-out date. Failure to respond in a timely manner may result in your own responsibility for any consequences.
