In recent years, there have been cases in the rental market where tenants suffered losses due to paying the full year's rent upfront. To safeguard the rights of every client, none of the apartment buildings we collaborate with require a lump-sum payment for the entire year. Please make your choice carefully based on your personal circumstances. Any losses resulting from personal reasons will be borne by the individual.
2. Regarding the adjustment of apartment rents:

3. Apartment Management Disclaimer: It is recommended to view the property in person or through a representative before booking. Otherwise, the consequences shall be borne by the individual.
4. According to local rental laws, at least 28 days (or the time limit specified in the apartment rules / contract) before the lease term ends, tenants must notify the apartment management whether they will terminate the lease and provide the exact date of move-out. Failure to respond within the required timeframe will result in personal liability for any consequences.
