Student Roost Byrom Point provides fully furnished en-suites and studios, making it suitable for both shared and more independent student living. 

• En-suite Rooms: Each room comes with a small double bed, under-bed storage, wardrobe, study desk and chair, and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. Flats generally have 5–6 en-suite bedrooms sharing a communal kitchen and living space.
• Studios: Studios provide a self-contained bedroom, kitchen and private bathroom, giving you greater privacy and independence. They also include a small double bed, storage and a personal study area. Dual occupancy is available for eligible studio rooms at Byrom Point at no additional dual-occupancy charge.
