The Catalyst apartment was built in 2013 and is a four-storey apartment with a total of 130 units. The apartment is located in the south of the FSU campus. It is a five-minute walk to the school, a fifteen-minute walk to the school library, a three-minute walk to the bus station, and restaurants and cafes nearby.
