Notes:

1. The rental period of the apartment is 5.5-4.27/9.5-8.27, the rent of the apartment includes water, Internet, electricity, heating and electricity, and the rent payment method is paid monthly, which needs to be paid before the 1st of each month.

2. The facility fee is $15 per person per month, including gymnasium, swimming pool, clubhouse, free coffee, study, BBQ, rooftop patio, patio, etc.

3. Housekeeping is $35 per person per month for housekeeping services in their common areas, including kitchen, main appliances and living room. Bathrooms and bedrooms will remain the responsibility of the tenant.

4. A deposit is required at the time of application, which is the rent of the last month, and the payment by credit card is sufficient
