The Essential and Essential Extra offer the most standard En-suite accommodation, from 12-14 m² in size, equipped with double beds, tables and chairs, bookshelves, wardrobes, and internal bathroom, and access to a shared living room and kitchen. The Enhanced, Elite, and Accessible Studio rooms, on the other hand, offer more private space, and in addition to the usual living furniture, you have a separate oven and hob in the room. The bedrooms are also more spacious at 17-31 m². The Duo is designed for double occupancy, with two separate bedrooms connected to each other, so you can always be face-to-face with each other. Within the public area of House of Social, The food hall is the most popular presence, with 5 kitchens: Mughli, Burger & Beyond, Choi Wan, OK Taqueria and Dough Religion, offering a wide range of delicious food and unique drinks. Next to the hall, there is a 24-hour gym and study room available for your exercise and learning needs.

CCTV, Fire system, and Controlled Access are in operation 24 hours a day to monitor any suspicious situations.
