[Apartment Overview] Princess Towers offers bachelor, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments for rent, and some apartment types can be shared or rented separately. With its relative price advantage, it has become a very popular choice for local students.

Princess Towers is an apartment building with a very historical sense. When it was built in early 1972, it was built as Elrond College. After continuous renovation and transformation, it has become a rental apartment and private apartment building today.

[Notes]
1. The apartment rent includes water, electricity and heating. The rent payment method is monthly and must be paid before the 1st of each month.
2. All rents must be paid in one lump sum for a 4-month lease, and a guarantor needs to prepay the last month's rent. Without a guarantor, you need to pay the rent for the entire lease period before moving in; the rent for a 4-month lease is more expensive than that for a 12-month lease.
3. The apartment will start processing the application after receiving the deposit
4. The apartment requires the purchase of tenant insurance, which can be purchased through the bank or tenant insurance website before moving in.
5. All tenants and visitors must have a permit to use the parking lot. Parking permits can be purchased from the office or administrator before 9:00 pm. The fee is 10 Canadian dollars per day. The office also provides monthly parking services. Vehicles without parking permits will be ticketed or towed away, and the owner will bear the risk.
