Spruce Cottage is a stand-alone studio cottage with 3 beds (bunk bed and full-size bed) that can accommodate up to 3 persons.

The apartment design offers modern furniture, upscale features with custom finishes. Located one block from UC Berkeley Campus and a short distance from BART.

We handle all apartment amenities, kitchen, and bathroom essentials, and more! All you need to bring with you are your personal items, and we will handle the rest.
